Agreement

By using REMBR, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Service Description

REMBR provides a memory storage and retrieval service for AI agents through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We offer:

  • Persistent memory storage
  • Semantic and keyword search
  • Multi-tool integration via MCP
  • Team collaboration features

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only store data you have the right to store
  • Not use the service for illegal purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent usage limits
  • Not abuse or attack our infrastructure
  • Keep your API keys secure

Pricing & Plans

  • Free Tier: 1,000 memories, 100 searches/day, 5 projects - always free
  • Starter ($9/month): 10,000 memories, 1,000 searches/day, 25 projects
  • Pro ($29/month): 100,000 memories, 10,000 searches/day, 100 projects, priority support, advanced analytics
  • Enterprise ($99/month): 1M+ memories, unlimited searches, unlimited projects, priority support, custom deployment
  • Billing: Billed monthly via Stripe
  • Plan Changes: Take effect immediately, prorated billing
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime, access until end of billing period

API Keys & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your API keys secure
  • All activity using your keys
  • Reporting compromised keys immediately

We are NOT responsible for unauthorized access if you leak your API key.

Data Ownership

Your data is yours. We claim no ownership of your memories. You can export or delete your data anytime.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt service.

Limitation of Liability

REMBR is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Data loss (though we maintain backups)
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in abusive behavior
  • Have excessive unpaid balances

You can terminate your account anytime from your dashboard.
